    In the heart of Nouvelle Athènes, Rue Vintimille reflects the artistic and cultural spirit that shaped Paris in the 19th century. A neighborhood marked by the influence of painters, writers, and intellectuals, it naturally resonates with the world of Chloé Nègre, renowned for her sensitive approach to interior architecture and her subtle understanding of contemporary hospitality.

    “Vintimille was born from a dialogue between the vibrant heritage of Nouvelle Athènes and a more intuitive, contemporary approach. I wanted to create a hotel residence where you immediately feel at home. The intention was to offer a soft, luminous expression punctuated with delicate details that awakens the eye.” says Chloé Nègre, interior architect and designer.

    HIGHSTAY MAISONS Vintimille

    The stone façade, carefully restored in keeping with the original architecture, opens onto a warm and luminous lobby that reflects Highstay’s approach: offering residential-style stays where the intimacy of a private apartment meets the standards of a high-end hotel. A typical Parisian wooden staircase leads to the upper floors and to the apartments (ranging from one to two bedrooms) designed to welcome couples, families, or friends. Moldings, parquet floors, balconies, and views over the rooftops create a deeply Parisian setting, authentic and filled with light, true to Highstay’s aesthetic.

    On the top floor, an exceptional suite elevates the experience with a recreated oeil-de-boeuf window framing a rare view of the Sacré-Cœur, a subtle nod to Montmartre’s architectural heritage that transforms this address into an intimate city lookout.
