Bathed in light and offering a direct view of the dome of the Invalides and its French-style gardens, this sumptuous 140m2 apartment is the perfect pied-à-terre for a stay with family or friends.
As soon as you enter, three large arches direct your gaze towards the living room, with its large windows. Featuring a beautiful study, several reception and relaxation areas, the living room is an invitation to fully appreciate the surroundings, soak up the view, and enjoy a chic, authentic Parisian experience.
To the right of the entrance is the modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a little further on are the 2 bedrooms. The first one is very spacious, with a desk area and a beautiful view. The second bedroom is smaller but has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The apartment also includes a small additional bedroom that can accommodate one person, one independent bathroom and plenty of storage space. It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator.
