The https://HIGHSTAY.com/ website (the "Site") is published by SNC HIGHSTAY (hereinafter “HIGHSTAY”), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 917 956 070, whose registered office is located at 336 rue Saint-Honoré 75001 Paris – France.

The purpose of these general conditions of use (hereinafter "GTU") is to define the terms and conditions under which any Internet user (hereinafter the "User") visiting the Site may use the Site and therefore access all its content and benefit from all its functionalities (hereinafter the "Content").

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS

Any access or navigation on the Site implies the acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these GTU by the User.

Other distinctive signs, in particular company names, logos, slogans, trade names, signs, domain names reproduced on the Site are the property of HIGHSTAY or third parties and any reproduction without express authorization is likely to constitute a usurpation engaging the responsibility of its author based on Articles 1240 and 1241 of the French Civil Code.

The links proposed to third party sites can not engage the responsibility of HIGHSTAY as to their conditions of access and their content.

If any of the stipulations of these GTU were to be null and void about a legislative or regulatory provision in force and/or a court decision having the force of res judicata, it will be deemed unwritten but will not affect the validity of the other clauses which will remain fully applicable.

A new provision may replace the one declared null and void, it being understood that the new provision must respect as far as possible the spirit and economic impact of the provision replaced.

These GTU are governed by French law.
The French version of the GTU prevails over any translation.
