On a 3,000m² flat plot, the villa unfolds with 600m² of living space and 400m² of terraces, each framing uninterrupted sea views. Inside, a curated selection of design pieces by Mario Bellini, Pierre Augustin Rose, and Emmanuelle Simon brings warmth and character to the interiors. The spacious suites—each between 35 and 60m²—feature en-suite bathrooms with hammams, deep soaking tubs, and private dressing areas, while the master suite extends to a private home cinema, terrace, and outdoor cold plunge.
At the heart of the villa, a 50m² Obumex-designed kitchen with Gaggenau and Miele appliances leads to an outdoor dining and barbecue area, perfect for hosting long, sun-drenched lunches or intimate dinners under the stars.
Outside, a 20-meter heated infinity pool melts into the horizon, flanked by Seora double sunbeds. A Technogym-equipped fitness area, yoga deck, and sauna set against the cliffside offer moments of balance and restoration. As night falls, an outdoor cinema, framed by natural stone and a Bose sound system, sets the scene for private screenings under the sky.

VILLA ESCONDIDA – A Highstay Villas Retreat in Ibiza

Set in the Cala Conta area on Ibiza’s west coast, Villa Escondida is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and open views of the sea, offering a setting that feels both secluded and connected to its environment.

Spread across an 18,000 sqm plot, the property unfolds over 800 sqm of living space, designed around a single open volume on the main level. Floor-to-ceiling bay windows frame the horizon and open the interiors onto the outdoors, allowing light and landscape to shape the rhythm of the day. The eight bedrooms are arranged across two levels, each offering privacy through en-suite bathrooms, dressing areas, and private terraces, while two lower-level rooms open onto a patio, creating more independent spaces within the villa.

The main level unfolds around a generous living and dining area, extending naturally outdoors with an additional al fresco dining space. The indoor kitchen, equipped with Gaggenau and Miele appliances, opens onto this space, creating a fluid setting for both everyday living and shared moments.
