Paiement

We charge 50% of the total upon reservation and the remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before check-in when selecting refundable option.

We charge 100% of the total upon reservation when selecting not refundable option.

Caution

La Société bloquera une somme correspondant à une caution remboursable sur le compte du Client afin de vérifier qu'il dispose de fonds suffisants. Ce montant ne sera prélevé qu'en cas de dommages matériels causés au cours du séjour.

Annulation

If the guest cancels his reservation more than 5 days before his arrival, he will loose his 50% deposit already paid. In case of a cancellation less than 5 days before the start of his stay, he will loose the full rent.

If you select not refundable option, you will not be able to cancel the booking and loose the full rent.
