        Terms & Bookings

        PAYMENT

        We charge 50% of the total upon reservation and the remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before check-in when selecting the refundable option. We charge 100% of the total upon reservation when selecting the non-refundable option.

        DEPOSIT

        The company will freeze a sum of money corresponding to a refundable security in the client’s account to verify that sufficient funds are available. This amount will be debited only in the event of material damage done to the property during the stay.

        CANCELLATION

        If the client cancels up to 7 days before its arrival, we will refund the total amount of the reservation. After this time, the customer looses the entire payment. If you have selected the non-refundable option, no refunds can be made in the event of cancellation.
