Payment
We charge 30% of the total upon reservation and the remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before check-in.
Caution
The Company will freeze a sum of money corresponding to a refundable security in the Client’s account to verify that sufficient funds are available. This amount will be debited only in the event of material damage done to the property during the stay.
Cancellation
If the guest cancels his reservation more than 7 days before his arrival, he will loose his 30% deposit already paid. In case of a cancellation less than 7 days before the start of his stay, he will loose the full rent.
- if the guest cancels more than 48 hours before his arrival, he will only loose his 30% deposit
- if he cancels less than 48 hours before his arrival, he will loose the full rent.
The cost for this option is 10% of the total rent. This amount is paid when confirming the reservation and is non-refundable.
