Crossing the 1st arrondissement of Paris, the rue Saint-Honoré is bustling with life. The area is home to the most famous luxury brands and to one of Paris's best known squares, the Place Vendôme. The Tuileries Garden is located just across the street, as well as the Musée de l'Orangerie and the Musée du Jeu de Paume. This spacious 90sqm apartment, entirely renovated by our in-house designer, offers high-end services, luxury and security for an exceptional stay with your friends or family. The living room, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a large dinning table and two large sofas (including one sofa bed), has been conceived as an open living area, where one can relax, share a meal or simply enjoy a moment of conviviality. Both bedrooms have king-size beds with high-quality mattresses and offer plenty of storage as well as en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers (one with a toilet). This accommodation has also a second separate toilet. All our apartments feature hotel-quality bedding, linens and towels, and we offer daily cleaning. Payment
We charge 50% of the total upon reservation and the remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before check-in when selecting refundable option
We charge 100% of the total upon reservation when selecting not refundable option
Caution
The Company will freeze a sum of money corresponding to a refundable security in the Client’s account to verify that sufficient funds are available. This amount will be debited only in the event of material damage done to the property during the stay.
Cancellation
If the guest cancels his reservation more than 5 days before his arrival, he will loose his 50% deposit already paid. In case of a cancellation less than 5 days before the start of his stay, he will loose the full rent.
If you select not refundable option, you will not be able to cancel the booking and loose the full rent.
